Lady Gaga pulled a fast one on "American Idol" producers this week, wearing a pair of booties with, well, Lucite male members for heels that made it onto viewers' screens.Various media outlets (who probably couldn't sit through the clip) reported that GaGaloo's phallic footwear was covered up by an "Idol" logo, however, here at HuffPost Style, we powered through the entire segment -- not necessarily something we're proud of -- and you can see her see-through shafts around the 4:38 mark.So, what's the deal with Gaga's latest style statement? Desperately wading through neck-high sludge surrounded by trash, rubble and filth, a pair of homeless Filipino men begin the search for their belongings hours after a catastrophic fire savaged hundreds of shanty town houses.
These pictures of devastation show the appalling aftermath of a dawn fire which tore through a settlement in the Philippines, leaving up to 3,000 people homeless.
The blaze in Maysilo village, near Manila, started early on Thursday morning and obliterated the residential district in the night, destroying hundreds of houses.
Firefighters say the destructive fire started at a row of squatter houses and is thought to have been caused by an exploding liquefied petroleum gas tank.

Leonard Nimoy turns 80, Spock ear being auctioned
Happy Birthday Leonard Nimoy!
The veteran actor – who played Spock in the legendary Star Trek TV series – turned 80 on Saturday.
He celebrates the landmark birthday days after co-star William Shatner also hit 80.
Tweeting ahead of his birthday, Nimoy wrote: “I told my Dad I’m going to be an actor,” he said. “He said I’d be palling with gypsies and vagabonds. They’ll all be at my party this weekend.”
He also received birthday wishes from NASA and his other Star Trek co-star George Takei.
“Earlier this week it was @WilliamShatner’s birthday,” NASA wrote in a tweet. “Let’s give the bridge equal billing and wish happy birthday to @TheRealNimoy LLAP!”
Wrote Takei: “Happy 80th birthday to my friend Leonard Nimoy. @TheRealNimoy, LLAP.”
Meanwhile, Trekkies have the chance to fork out for one of Spock’s iconic pointy ears.
A false ear worn by Nimoy in the first Star Trek feature film is going up for auction.
The fake latex ear, which has been kept preserved by its owner for more than 30 years, is being auctioned in Los Angeles next month by Premiere Props.
An auction spokesperson said: “This ear was kept by the prop master from the film.
“It was carefully wrapped up which is important because silicone latex can deteriorate.
“Spock’s ears are an iconic part of Star Trek and fans across the world would love to own it – we’ve already had lots of bids.”

Moses Lanham plans on stepping into the record books in a rather unusual fashion.
'Known as backwards feet man' and 'Mr elastic', the Michigan based 49-year-old can rotate his feet 120 degrees behind him, a feat he hopes will earn him a place in the Guinness Book of Records.
As that's not all; he also plans on setting a record for the fastest man to walk 20 metres with his feet turned backwards.
Despite the daunting task ahead, Mr Lanham can however remain quietly confident - both records have never been attempted before.
Despite the visually excruciating appearance, Mr Lanham says his flexible feet cause him no pain, in fact he quite enjoys the back-to-front feeling.
'A lot of times when I'm sitting down I'll put my feet in a twisted position because it's more comfortable for me,' he said.
Mr Lanham discovered his strange quirk at 14 after a high school gym class accident.
Climbing a rope, he lost his grip and fell nearly 18 feet before landing with his feet in an extremely awkward position.
'They thought something was dislocated,' Mr Lanham said. 'But I stood up and was fine.'
Mr Lanham has made the most of his talent ever since.
In high school he was prone to walking backwards and at college he would wear his clothes backwards to match the direction of his feet.
Sadly, Mr Lanham's 17-year-old son Trey has only partially inherited his father's funny feet.
Trey can not turn them the full way round like his father, and also feels pain after staying in the position for a short time.
'It's a shame because I was hoping I could retire and be his manager,' Mr Lanham added.
Doctors who have examined Mr Lanham say he was born with extra tissue and cartilage in his joints, making his hips, knees and ankles especially elastic.
There are no records of anyone else in the family, apart from Trey, having the condition.
His perculiar talent has also gained him national notoriety after he appeared on 'Candid Camera', 'Ripley's Believe It or Not!', 'America's Funniest Home Videos', 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and the Discovery Channel's 'Medical Incredible'.
